TourFactory Account

Signing up for TourFactory is quick and easy! Simply click the “Login” button from the menu. In the Create a TourFactory Account section, click Sign Up Today to enter your zip code, login email and create a password.

You can easily manage your account information and password by logging into your TourFactory account and navigating to the “Account” section. There, you can update your profile, add a headshot, and change your password.

You can login to your TourFactory account simply by navigating to the “Login” section at the top of this page. Or you can bookmark the link below for direct access.

To add a payment method, login and go to the Account section. Click Payment Types on the left-side menu. Type in the card information and click Add Card.

Media Management

Our platform provides a user-friendly interface for managing and rearranging your media files. From your Dashboard, click on the desired property address and navigate to Site Media. Click and drag the photo titles to change the order. To remove a photo from the property site, click the ‘eye’ on the bottom right of the title. This will gray out the title and remove it from showing on the property site. When you ‘star’ a photo or video in the site media section, it will appear first in the teaser videos. 

You can easily download your photos using the Download Media link provided in the completion email or found in the Site Media tab of your property site. Select between original, MLS, or custom size. Once the download is complete, you’ll need to extract the zip file

From your Dashboard, click on the desired property address. Navigate to Site Data on the left-side menu to edit property information such as features, description, and amenities. To add music to your site, navigate to Site Design and click the Select Background Music button to choose a selection.

From your Dashboard, click on the desired property address. Click on the Activate Site button under the address in the top header. You can also use this button after you go live to Update Status to Pending, Sold or make the site inactive by going Offline.

TourFactory provides shareable links for your media previews, downloads, and marketing kits. Simply copy the links from the Site Activation section and share them with your clients. These links are also provided in the completion email your photographer sends.

Services and Ordering

On your Dashboard, click ‘Order a Photo Shoot Now.’

From your Dashboard, click on the desired property address. Scroll to the bottom of the Site Summary and click ‘Order.’

To see what services are available in your area, start an order from your Dashboard. Enter a property address and square footage to see a full list of services and prices.

From your Dashboard, navigate to the Scheduled Photo Shoots section and click Need to reschedule? underneath the scheduled shoot day/time. If this option is not available, please contact our support team via phone or email to make your request.

Our turnaround times vary depending on the service and order volume. Most orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. For specific turnaround times, please contact our support team.

Marketing and Social Media

From your Dashboard, click on the desired property address. Navigate to Site Activation and scroll to the Social Media section. Click the Share button next to the desired social media page (you may be prompted to login). Add a caption and click the post or share button.

From your Dashboard, click on the desired property address. Navigate to Print Materials on the left-side menu and click the Add a Flyer button. Select desired flyer template and make changes if needed. Click Save & Close to finish.

TourFactory automatically creates simple looping videos from your listing photos, perfect for sharing on social media platforms. These videos help capture attention and engage your audience.

In your Marketing Kit, pick one of the video or post templates you’d like to use. To share, click on Download below the desired video/post. This will save it to your computer. Locate the video/post in your download folder and go to your social media page to create a new post.  

Site videos provide a dynamic way to showcase your property online. These videos combine listing photos with simple animations, offering a captivating overview of your property. They’re perfect to grab the attention of potential buyers and lead them to your property site.

You can customize your branding on TourFactory by uploading your logo, adding your contact information to your profile and choosing a property website template that matches your brand colors.
