 In this question we saw an opportunity for two tour types who's sole purpose is to generate referrals to agents. The answers to this question are the DVD tour and CD Tour. The DVD Tour is a custom DVD presentation that works in your living room DVD player. The CD Tour is a snap-shot of the TourFactory Ultimate Tour burned onto a Computer CD-ROM. Both can be handed to a seller as a closing gift. It gives the seller a memory of their former home and reminds them of who helped them sell that home. An additional benefit is it's format. A business card can serve the same purpose but more than likely will end up in a junk drawer next to the paperclips or thrown away altogether. People have an innate hesitancy about throwing away a CD of any kind which means your name will be kept and passed along to other future sellers. |
